We prepare the arancino from scratch, from cooking the rice to assembling and breading it, and finally frying it. The Bolognese ragù is already prepared to optimize time and focus on the techniques.

2. SCACCIA
We prepare the scaccia from scratch: the dough is kneaded, rolled out, filled with tomato sauce and caciocavallo cheese, and then baked in the oven, ready to be enjoyed hot and fragrant.
